Are the changing bags waterproof?

Yes - our bags feature a waterproof lining and easy-care exterior to handle everyday spills and messes. For longevity, we recommend gentle wipe cleaning and avoiding full submersion or machine washing.

Is the padding comfortable for newborns?

Yes - the change mat is softly padded to provide a comfortable, supportive surface for newborns and toddlers while you’re on the go.

How much can the bag hold?

More than it looks.

A typical day out fits: 2-3 nappies, a full pack of wipes, a change of clothes, 2 dummies, a snack, nappy cream plus your phone, keys and wallet in the parent pocket. The change mat opens to 71cm x 56cm, so there's room for a newborn or a wriggling toddler.

To keep it looking beautiful for longer, we recommend avoiding overloading and using the provided stroller hooks for heavier items.

Does the bag come with a strap?

Yes - it has 125cm adjustable strap featuring a matching vegan leather shoulder pad for added comfort and an elevated finish - making it effortless to carry anywhere.

Is the fabric safe for sensitive skin?

Yes - our materials are carefully selected to be gentle and safe for everyday use, including for delicate newborn skin.

Simply air it out regularly and wipe the interior clean after use. For extra freshness, you can place a small, gentle fabric-safe sachet inside when not in use.

If within 30 days you decide it’s simply not the right fit for you, you’re welcome to return it for a refund. We just ask that it comes back clean, complete and in good condition.
