30-Day Easier-Outing Promise
We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee so you can genuinely try your Tiny Nomads product and decide whether it is right for you.
The 30-day period begins from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return under this guarantee:
- the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery;
- the product must be returned clean, complete and in good condition;
- it must not show excessive wear, damage, staining, strong odours, misuse or alterations; and
- all components supplied with the product must be returned.
Reasonable trial use is permitted.
Return Postage
For returns made under our 30-Day Easier-Outing Promise, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We may provide a prepaid tracked return label for convenience. Where we provide a return label, the cost of that label will be advised to you and deducted from your refund.
Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process the applicable refund to your original payment method.
Any return-label cost payable by you will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges, where separately paid, are not refundable for returns made under the 30-Day Easier-Outing Promise.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our 30-Day Easier-Outing Promise is additional to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
